Brand Building

Introducing WeWomen

WeWomen is a wellness and empowerment brand supporting women through life transitions including perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. When founders Stef and Sarah approached VisioWaves to build the brand from the ground up, we knew the project needed both strategic depth and a deeply human visual language.

Led personally by Kasia, the collaboration developed through several consultations, creative exploration, brand strategy, a complete visual identity, and a dedicated brand photoshoot. It was a thoughtful, long-term process shaped with care—not a quick design assignment.

The Challenge

The challenge was to create an identity that felt supportive and approachable without losing strength. WeWomen needed to resonate with women aged 30–60 who value personal growth, holistic health, and community—particularly those seeking knowledge and support while navigating hormonal and life transitions. The brand had to feel inclusive and reassuring while giving Stef and Sarah a confident foundation from which to lead.

The Strategy and Creative Process

To achieve this specific balance, Kasia led Stef and Sarah through an intensive brand archetype discovery phase. We quickly identified the Everywoman as the primary brand archetype, symbolizing belonging, accessibility, and authentic connection. It ensures every client feels genuinely seen.

However, the founders themselves naturally embodied the Heroine archetype, bringing courage, purpose, and the inspiration to take decisive action. Finally, a supporting Idealist influence was consciously woven in, injecting essential warmth, optimism, and a steadfast belief in positive change.

Crucially, this creative process required intentional pauses. We deliberately allowed ample time between our strategic consultations to fully absorb and process the gathered information. Giving these profound insights room to quietly settle before translating them into tangible design concepts was a highly valuable part of our strategic creative work.

From Strategy to Visual Identity

The archetype strategy became the foundation for the complete WeWomen house style. The palette combines warm Coral Pink and soft Alabaster with calming Cambridge Blue, confident Deep Teal, and grounded Redwood. Together, the colours balance the accessibility of the Everywoman with the courage and resilience of the Heroine.

Typography creates the same balance. Mercado gives headings an elegant, distinctive strength, while Montserrat Alternates keeps supporting text modern, friendly, and readable. The logo brings the strategy together: its two “W” forms represent women holding and supporting one another—a visual expression of connection, shared strength, and empowerment.

We developed adaptable logo versions and clear visual guidance so the identity could remain consistent across the website, social media, printed materials, and future brand applications.

The Brand Photoshoot

The visual identity came to life through a dedicated photoshoot with Stef and Sarah. The photography needed to show both sides of the brand: their strength and leadership as founders, and the warmth, relatability, and sense of belonging at the heart of WeWomen.

We created a varied image library combining wellness and movement, genuine interaction, community moments, and relaxed business portraits. Natural expressions and candid energy were essential. The images feel polished, but never overly staged—exactly in line with a brand built around authenticity, optimism, and women supporting women.

The Result

The result is a complete, cohesive brand system that gives Stef and Sarah a clear foundation for growing WeWomen. Strategy, logo, colours, typography, brand applications, and photography now tell one consistent story: every woman deserves to feel seen, supported, healthy, happy, and confident.

The project shows what becomes possible when strategy and visual storytelling are developed together. Rather than creating separate design elements, we built a brand in which every choice reinforces WeWomen’s purpose.
