As a company dedicated to connecting IT professionals with the perfect job, IQ Staffing knows that first impressions matter, both online and offline.
The Collaboration
Our ongoing collaboration with IQ Staffing is all about consistency, authenticity, and connection. Each year, we dedicate a full day to capturing the entire team—ensuring every employee receives a refreshed, professional headshot. But we don’t stop there: together, we create a mix of group photos, team collaboration shots, and candid moments that reflect the dynamic, people-first culture at IQ Staffing.
The Process
Preparation is key. Before every shoot, we hold a detailed consultation and keep in close email contact to finalize logistics and creative direction. We work with IQ Staffing to develop a shot list, plan scenarios, and organize the schedule so every team member is included. We also make sure to capture a variety of team interactions—whether it’s brainstorming by the whiteboard, collaborating at desks, or sharing ideas in the conference room.
The Experience
What makes this annual shoot special isn’t just the content we create, but the experience itself. The day is designed to be a true team event: after a productive morning, everyone gathers for a shared lunch (and yes, there are always cakes to finish the day).
